The card owner/account holder has to approve your payment via the payment gateway if you are using a debit/credit card or net banking (even if you are not the card owner/account holder yourself). You must make the payment to our Bank Account within 24 hours if the payment is not processed for any reason. Otherwise, the case/s will be closed.

When paying with a credit/debit card or Net banking account, the booking may not go through due to loss of availability or technical error. A refund will be issued to the same Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking account used to process the booking (the actual amount the booking was processed for, without deduction of applicable charges) within 24 working hours of the booking being processed.

We must identify the credit card holder before processing the payment if our risk management team deems the transaction suspicious. To complete your transaction, you may need to send a copy of your credit card and proof of identification by email. We will immediately cancel your transaction/Reservation if you fail to produce the required documents on time.

The user will bear the transaction processing charge for using the payment gateway. The cancellation policy mentioned below will apply to the Agent/cardholder if the user cancels the transaction.

Payments not processed due to some technical error or cancelled by the user will be refunded to the same credit card/debit card / net banking account through which they were originally made. There will be refund handling charges in the case of cancellation of a booking by the agent in addition to the cancellation charges as specified in the booking.

Payments will only be refunded using the original method of payment. We will refund your money within 10-15 working days after we deduct the processing charges charged by the payment gateway in case you cancel the request within 48 hours of initiating it.

The refund process does not apply if the request is cancelled after 48 hours. Customers should contact info@efbeeenterprises.com for any disputes via email.
